# Pricing

Customix is partner-friendly, meaning it is free for development stores. When your store goes live, you need to activate a plan to continue using Customix.

## Fees

1. **Subscription Fee**: $39/month, billed via your Shopify account.
2. **Transaction Fee**: 1% of the order value created through Customix, automatically charged daily at 00:00 AM.

## Manual Transaction Fee Payment

* Orders pending transaction fees will not be accessible until the fee is paid.
* You can manually pay the transaction fee anytime to access order details.

## Mixed Orders

If an order includes multiple products, some generated via Customix and some not, the transaction fee will only be charged for items generated via Customix.
